It is important to know how your child feels and this will lead to the understand kid’s mental health. But sometimes it becomes difficult to understand what and how your child feels.
Few hacks for parents how to know what your child feels.
1) Talk with them.
2) Help them to write about their day. I have made a few worksheets which will help them and also it will help you to understand your child’s mind.
Special note: If your child is not able to write. Ask questions given in the worksheet and let them answer. You can write. This need to be done at least twice in a week. Suitable for parents whose kids are above 5 years.
